Sex education will be optional, and will incur an additional charge to parents who opt to have their children take the course. The additional fee will be used to purchase a life-like doll that the students will be forced to carry for the duration of the course.
The doll will be attached to the students by a short leash, cry every 20 minutes, and require smelly diaper changes every two hours, day and night. Students graduate from the course, and are relieved of caring for the doll, when they pledge to abstain from sex until they have a job.
